Sweet lemon tart with a raspberry coulis! For lack of a better word, drooooollllll. Monday, June 7 was a public holiday for WA, and the only public holiday (other than Christmas Day) that my work closes for. Yippee! I celebrated the occasion by introducing Kat and Hatti to the fun of the new kitchen, luncheon style!!! We enjoyed a creamy chicken and vegetable soup with warm rolls, and the dessert above. Simple and nice. I do enjoy cooking for people that I love - I just don't do it often enough!
